They do exactly what they are designed to do. They screw together snug, but not overly tight, and the protect my eyepieces. Perfect.

This one has nice well defined grip ridges around the OS edge, makes for easy on and off, even in dim light. Well milled did not notice any burrs, or defects in the threads. Well made.

I bought 4 cases for my 13 filter set and the filters fit perfectly. The cases are easy to open but secure and don't fall open. I have the filters positioned so that I can read the filter grade through the side of the case.
