Excellent sharp eyepiece for higher powers. Best value available.

Small field of view and short eyerelief.

Excellent light through put, contrast and sharpness. Fully multi-coated, ultra lightweight. No real aberrations noted. A.F.O.V. is small, but how large do you need for planetary and double star observing? Some light scatter noted when observing the moon, but not really an issue. This is the shortest focal length UO Ortho I can use due to the short eye relief.

This is an outstanding execution of a proven design. Any faults of the eyepiece are the consequence of the Abbe Orthoscopic design (and hence the laws of optics) and not of the eyepiece's manufacturer. Ask yourself why reviewers on other sites always compare the views through an eyepiece to the orthoscopic. Really an excellent value.
